Tune-Ups & Maintenance Plans
We offer tune-ups for heating and cooling equipment, and maintenance memberships for customers who want regular service scheduled.
A furnace or air conditioner that gets checked twice a year runs more safely and breaks down less often. A tune-up lets us find worn parts, dirty components and small problems before they turn into an emergency on the coldest or hottest day. Our maintenance memberships include biannual tune-ups, a discount on HVAC repairs, price protection and 24-hour emergency service. The agreement covers the basic service your system needs, so you don't have to remember to call. Ask us for the current details when you reach out. We tune up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and boilers. Each visit we check the system, clean what needs cleaning and tell you plainly what we see. Early fall is a good time for heating equipment and spring is a good time for cooling, before each season starts.
