Boilers
We install, repair and maintain boilers for homes and commercial buildings in Middletown and nearby towns.
A boiler that won't heat, leaks, makes banging sounds or loses pressure should be looked at quickly, especially once temperatures drop. Cold radiators, no hot water and uneven heat between floors are other signs. Boilers are common in older homes and larger buildings, and they need regular care to keep running. Boilers are part of our history. The company installed many large boilers in area churches and landmarks in its early decades. Today we handle boiler installation, boiler repair, boiler tune-ups and boiler replacement for homes and commercial buildings. On a service call, we inspect the boiler, explain the problem and go over repair and replacement options. We offer 24/7 emergency service, and free second opinions if you've been told the boiler needs replacing. A yearly tune-up before the heating season is a good way to avoid a winter breakdown.

Common questions
Why are my radiators cold?
Air trapped in the system, low pressure, a failed pump or a boiler problem can all leave radiators cold. We'll inspect the boiler and the system and explain what's wrong before we repair anything.
Should I replace an older boiler?
Not always. A well-maintained boiler can run for a long time, but frequent repairs or leaks may mean replacement makes more sense. We'll give you our recommendation, and you can ask for a free second opinion.
Do you work on commercial boilers?
Yes. We install and repair boilers for homes and commercial buildings. See our commercial HVAC page for more.
