We serve Butler, Warren and southern Montgomery counties from our office in Middletown. That includes Middletown, Monroe, Franklin, Trenton, Hamilton, Springboro, Mason and West Chester, along with nearby towns such as Lebanon, Fairfield, Kettering and Centerville.

How do I schedule service or request a quote?
Call us at 513.643.8936 or send a request through the form on our contact page. Tell us your address and what the system is doing, and our team will follow up to schedule service. We offer same-day service when possible.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency service for situations like a furnace that quits on a freezing night or an air conditioner that stops during a heat wave. Please call 513.643.8936 for emergencies, because the contact form is only answered during normal business hours.
Do you offer flat-rate pricing and financing?
Yes. We use flat-rate pricing so you know the cost of a repair up front, and financing options are available for larger projects such as a new system. If you want a second look at a quote you already have, we offer free second opinions.
Services
Is it better to repair or replace an old furnace or AC?
It depends on the age of the equipment, how often it has needed repairs and what the repair costs. Furnaces and air conditioners often last somewhere between 12 and 20 years, so a major repair on an older unit is worth weighing against replacement. If you have been told you need a big repair or a whole new system, we offer free second opinions. See our furnace and air conditioning pages.
How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a tune-up once a year for each system, typically the furnace in fall and the air conditioner in spring. Regular service helps catch worn parts before a breakdown. Our maintenance memberships include biannual tune-ups.
Why is my AC running but not cooling the house?
Common causes include a dirty air filter, a frozen evaporator coil, a dirty outdoor coil or low refrigerant from a leak. Replace the filter first. If you see ice on the indoor unit or refrigerant lines, turn the system off so it can thaw, then call us. Running a frozen or low-charge system can damage the compressor. More on AC repair.
Is a heat pump a good fit for a home in Southwest Ohio?
Modern heat pumps can heat and cool a home in our climate, and many are paired with backup heat for the coldest days. Whether one fits depends on your home, your ductwork and your current system. We install, repair and tune up heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, and we can walk through the options with you.
What can help with dust, allergies or humidity in my home?

How long has Robinson Heating & Air Conditioning been in business?
